- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results

- Ensure that store visual merchandising and display standards are maintained to the highest level

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
