About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Sales Associates, and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, with a focus on customer experience
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail environment
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
