Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand messaging and effectively conveys key messages across multiple platforms.
- Create original content for marketing materials across our suite of brands and various channels.
- Support the development of the annual marketing plan, ensuring the needs of current and prospective members are foundational to the strategy.
- Work collaboratively to plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across owned channels.
- Write and edit long and short-form content for various projects, including print, online, blog, advertising, video, social media, sales tools, speeches, and annual reports.
- Proofread content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Develop our social media purpose and strategy in consultation with growth marketing, member experience, brand, and sales teams.
- Identify and utilize prime channel opportunities for all brands.
- Analyze performance metrics and stay current with social media trends to achieve our social media goals.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant or related industry.
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education.
- Proven experience in social media management, media relations, public relations, or communications roles, with a focus on media strategy and relationship management, or related roles.
- Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or related role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, media monitoring, and analytics tools to assess coverage, engagement, and track campaign performance.
- Proficiency in research to gather information for content development.
- A competitive salary range of $68,180 - $85,220 with a 9% Short Term Incentive Target.
