About the Role

Brandt is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Regina, SK. This position will report to the Manager of Portals within the Customer Experience Team and will play a key role in growing our online sales channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Content
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and positive user experience through expertise in operating web content management systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, deliver, and maintain online content.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational standards required for content management within the online experience.
User Experience
  • Understand the relationship between site users and Brandt.
  • Provide direct support to site users as needed.
  • Maintain tools for gathering relevant user behavior analytics and feedback.
Development & Operations Team
  • Understand how web applications are built and operated.
  • Act as a contributing member of the Portal Development & Operations team.
  • Translate and effectively communicate relevant user behavior analytics and feedback.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical information technology concepts.
  • Willingness to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience with working ecommerce or content management systems is required. Familiarity with software development teams is an asset. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
