Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at BURGER KING RESTAURANTS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help staff improve their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Food service manager certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
