Patient Care Coordinator

Haven Medical is seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom and taking medication.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of patient rooms.
- Deliver messages and reports between departments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding.

- Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
- 7 months to less than 1 year.
