Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
