Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at NORTH BATTLEFORD HUSKY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets quality control standards.
- Maintain Records and Inspect Facilities: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Resolve Issues and Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer service, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
