Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to incoming telephone and email contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including the management of client accounts and the preparation of client reviews and presentations.
  • Request information and documentation from clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date client files.
  • Assist in preparing mailings, such as seminars, newsletters, and information packages, to engage with clients and promote our services.
  • Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors, print and distribute reports, and monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada with diverse language needs.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.
