Job Title: Wealth Associate

At National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Associate to join our team. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meet client requests
  • Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
  • Manage client files, including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions
  • Analyze and update client files, and produce portfolio management reports
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As a Wealth Associate, you will work closely with an investment advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
