Your Role:
  • Provide administrative support to our bankers and private bankers, ensuring seamless client service and follow-up.
  • Develop personalized relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Optimize client interactions, identifying opportunities to recommend tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage client files, perform transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial information and tax structures to process financing applications efficiently.
  • Meet deadlines for multiple transactions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, bankers, and other team members.
Your Team:

As a Banking Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with sector members and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Prerequisites:
  • Completed college diploma or equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
