We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team at IWG plc. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our workspace centre, ensuring a great working environment for our customers and members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including customer service, sales support, and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of Community Associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and products to potential customers.
  • Manage the centre's budget and resources to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience with MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
