Culinary Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Thai Away Home Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that all food and service meet the highest quality and safety standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
Manage Inventory and RecordsManage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
LanguageEnglish
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week
