Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Thai Away Home Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food and service meet the highest quality and safety standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.

Manage Inventory and Records

Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
