Job Summary

The Field Security Supervisor is a key member of the Armour Security & Protection Services Corp. team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security personnel in the field. This role requires a high level of expertise in security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all security personnel in the field, including Security Guards, Concierge, and field support staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of mobile units to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze employee tracktik reports to ensure accurate scanning of checkpoints.
  • Investigate and document incidents, and provide support to security staff in emergency situations.
  • Develop and maintain post orders, and conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Director of Training and Development to develop and maintain site-specific security plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Basic Security Training License (BST)
  • Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Clean driving abstract
  • 2 years of Security Supervising experience
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts
  • Completion of High School or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Security position is an asset
  • Conflict Resolution Training is an asset
