Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Table Games Dealer to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Operations: Manage the opening and closing procedures for tables, deal games in accordance with department standards, and maintain the security of table assets during play.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Chip Exchanges and Payouts: Make accurate chip exchanges and payouts, and ensure that all transactions are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Security and Compliance: Follow all government regulations, internal controls, and department policies and procedures to ensure a secure gaming environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless table operations and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Mathematical Skills: Possess excellent communication and mathematical skills to effectively interact with customers and manage table operations.
  • Proven Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Availability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
