Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at SEVEN M CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
- Project Planning: Plan and direct grounds maintenance, landscape construction work, and resolve work problems.
- Equipment and Machinery: Supervise the use of equipment such as chain saws, small engine equipment, sod cutters, and tractor mowers.
- Area of Specialization: Focus on lawn care, tree service, grounds maintenance, landscape construction, and nursery or greenhouse operations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain physical stamina.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week.
