We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at 2333170 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our culinary staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and develop junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Develop and execute menus that showcase Japanese cuisine, incorporating fresh ingredients and creative presentation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability.
- Stand for extended periods, moving frequently throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and initiative in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
