Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nairn Convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Conduct performance reviews
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Establish work schedules
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work a 35-hour week. You will be part of a team-oriented environment and will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
