Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Mortgage Broker to join our team at VERICO. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their mortgage needs, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing mortgage loans with borrowers
  • Explaining the differences between mortgage loan options to borrowers
  • Researching mortgage rates and determining the best rate for borrowers
  • Meeting with prospective borrowers to identify their needs and financial goals
  • Explaining the loan process to prospective borrowers
  • Helping borrowers apply for a mortgage loan
  • Working directly with clients to obtain a new mortgage, refinance an existing loan, or obtain a second mortgage

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry (preferred)
  • FSRA Mortgage Agent License (preferred)

We are hiring for the following locations: Ontario, including Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Alliston, Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford, Maple, Richmond Hill, Markham, Woodbridge, Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Milton, Ottawa West, London, Hamilton, Windsor, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Durham.

Pay:

Commission, plus bonuses

Expected Hours:

20-40 hours per week
