Administrative Coordinator

Rising Star Daycare & OSC Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daycare and OSC services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Technology and Data Management
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records.
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with staff and management team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
