Job Summary

Merritt Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
    • Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and other relevant data to management
    • Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to improve sales performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
