- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as maintain accurate inventory records.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our cafe meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our cafe and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 11-15 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan, work term: permanent, work language: English, and hours: 40 hours per week.
