Key Responsibilities- Data Modeling and Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to transform large and diverse datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability.
- Data Warehouse Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data warehouse, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.
- ETL Processes: Implement and refine Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes with a focus on Transformations, utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to prepare data that helps build meaningful insights for product and business development.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the performance and scalability of data pipelines and warehouse infrastructure, ensuring optimal data processing and analysis.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, pipelines, and processes for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a cross-functional team, partnering with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to achieve shared goals and drive business impact.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong experience in Data Modeling, ETL tools (e.g., dbt) and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of machine learning principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
