We are seeking a talented **Salesforce Administrator/Junior Developer** to join our dynamic team on a contract basis in a hybrid work environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while leveraging your expertise in Salesforce platform management and development.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient system solutions.
  • Implement configurations, code changes, approval processes, and custom objects within the Salesforce platform.
  • Act as a functional lead for customization, data management, requirements analysis, and business process review, including data extraction and report writing.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive user onboarding training modules for new users, ensuring their successful integration into the system.
  • Maintain system integrity by performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data and system maintenance tasks. Ensure accurate and timely export and backup procedures.
  • Manage communities and partner portals, utilizing deduplication, adoption, data quality tools, and reporting functionalities to optimize system performance.
  • Provide authorized user access based on formal documentation and approvals, while deactivating and re-assigning roles and profiles as needed.
  • Offer user support, including guidance on report writing, troubleshooting workflows, approval cycles, delegation, and escalation paths. Monitor usage, audits, and generate required reports.
  • Develop, configure, and implement appropriate testing for upgrades and patches, making necessary adjustments to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Coordinate the release of program and application upgrades and patches to users, ensuring thorough testing, training, and approvals are obtained.
  • Provide support for third-party integrations as required.
Qualifications
  • Community College Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, Platform Developer Certification, or Platform App Builder Certification is essential.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud would be an asset.
