Key Responsibilities- Systems and Process Optimization
- Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports based on business data analysis and insights from our databases.
- Present practical solutions aligned with internal client needs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gaining a deep understanding of business processes.
- Translate business, operational, and functional requirements to development teams for seamless execution.
- Salesforce
- Manage the configuration, customization, and overall administration of Salesforce.
- Install, manage, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Ensure the optimal performance and functionality of Salesforce systems and products.
- Oversee data migration for integration projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Keep Salesforce documentation (processes and procedures) up to date to maintain business continuity.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to users, fostering a culture of improvement and innovation.
- Document analyses and outline potential solution paths for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in BI solutions such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Eagerness to pursue Salesforce certification (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other relevant certifications).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
- Knowledge of the automotive business domain.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Understanding of information systems and business architecture concepts.
- Experience working with the Salesforce platform.
