About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Carrie Fowler. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing personal care.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Errands: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies, as well as running errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will be working in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision.
