Job Summary

The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by delivering exceptional service, improving productivity, and leading our team members. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, leadership behaviors, and business acumen to achieve our service level goals and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all routes are serviced daily, adhering to gate scan procedures and daily manifests.
* Achieve productivity targets and cost per unit (CPU) while meeting customary service needs and market place execution.
* Build individual and organizational capabilities through coaching and development.
* Leverage understanding of key business drivers to get results and maintain focus until goals and commitments are met.

Technical Skills

* Forecast labor needs, staff, and schedule work to optimize productivity.
* Capture and track critical performance data to meet time and quality standards.
* Understand customer business needs and balance gesture requirements with 'cost to serve' standards.
* Teach and build our service advantage through route rides audits and coaching.

Leadership Behaviors

* Set and measure productivity and service targets to drive accountability and execution.
* Provide coaching and development to build current and future capability.
* Understand interdependencies across functions and build partnerships to reach win/win solutions.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Previous supervisory experience preferred, with a background in consumer packaged goods.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
