Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Ponderosa Motor Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 5-10 staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
