Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Show leadership in establishing a professional image in the Home Health Care centre, demonstrate co-operation and enthusiasm for home health care initiatives, and partner with other departments to achieve overall store strategic direction.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion towards customers, create a shopping experience that engages customers and enhances loyalty, sales, and profit, and identify sensitive customer needs and use discretion when providing service.
- Policy and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to, adhere to Federal/Provincial legislation and third-party plan regulations, and manage department budget.
- Employee Relations: Be known as the supervisor who actively supports an environment of positive relations, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and create action plans to improve department operations and employee performance.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Health Care industry
- Skills: Above-average communication skills, full knowledge of Home Health Care operations and programs, team player committed to customer service excellence, leadership and teambuilding skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience: Experience in a retail home-health care or nursing environment, surgical fitting experience, relevant courses within the Home Health Care industry, and experience with Sobeys/Lawtons POS system.
