Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned attorney for a one-year contract to become part of our Insurance - Group Benefits Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel regarding the implications of legislation nationwide and offer expertise to our life and health insurance operations.
- Draft and negotiate essential strategic agreements with our plan sponsors and service providers.
- Assist in the creation of digital-centric and customer-focused insurance offerings.
- Collaborate with various business units to align with our organizational goals.
- Manage legal risks by considering our distinctive business requirements and proposing innovative legal solutions.
- Develop and refine templates, playbooks, and procedural guidelines.
- Offer advice in areas such as insurance, corporate law, digital regulations, privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, technology, and health law.
