About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Director to lead our global supply chain efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that align with our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that optimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
