Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Buyer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve quality
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and analyze data to inform sourcing decisions and measure performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Bilingualism (English/French) essential
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and other procurement software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
