We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, International Enrolment, Recruitment. This role will be responsible for leading our international enrolment efforts and ensuring the success of our recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase international student recruitment and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with college goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of recruitment staff to achieve enrolment targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international recruitment
- Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and achieving enrolment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
