Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut Martensville. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required for this role.
