Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the success in the Quebec Public Sector space with a strong team of specialists, technical, channel, and inside sales.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to meet and exceed assigned quota.
  • Sell Lenovo data center solutions to the Quebec Public Sector space, including RFPs and customer landscapes.
  • Understand and articulate Lenovo's data center solutions, including proposal and RFP strategies.
  • Drive Lenovo data center opportunities within core and acquisition prospects.
  • Articulate the market dynamics in support of the benefits of advanced data center technologies.
  • Develop customer relationships and expand on existing customer relationships.
  • Work with complex strategic accounts, calling on key decision-makers at all levels of the account.
  • Negotiate solutions to issues with peers, management, senior executives, and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or industry experience equivalent.
  • Sales representative with 5+ years of proven experience selling computer or related technologies.
  • Proven track record in leading and winning major Server, Storage, services business.
  • Strong English and French language, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as good listening and strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in working with Channel partners and infrastructure technology partners, including VMWARE, EMC, Intel, and Microsoft.
  • Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable influencing CxOs, IT Directors, Systems Managers, IT Managers, etc.
  • Strong solutions-focused selling expertise for specific technologies based around a combination of Application, Server, Virtualization, Networking, and Storage technologies.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead Sales engagements with Lenovo's partners.
