We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst who will conduct research and identify strategies to strengthen our brand and attract new clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with analyzing market dynamics, monitoring advertising expenditures, studying consumer behavior, generating insights, and offering actionable recommendations to enhance our marketing strategies and campaigns. Success in this role requires experience with PPC campaigns and a comfort level with processing and analyzing marketing data. Ultimately, your efforts will help us ensure the efficient allocation of our marketing budget and effectively target our audience through successful campaigns that align with our business objectives and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and vision.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate benchmarking data.
- Examine sales funnels and customer intent.
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
- Report on marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement).
- Oversee budget allocation and performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Propose optimizations for websites and campaigns.
- Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional initiatives (automation software, social media scheduling, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing plans and assess their effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition.
- Prepare and present comprehensive marketing reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and derive insights.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The starting salary for this position is $80,000 annually, plus bonuses.
