We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is safe and of high quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demands.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
