Position Overview
As an Investment Advisor Information Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining advisor data and account information within our systems. This position involves collaborating closely with Dealer Head-Offices and Sales teams to ensure that all updates are executed accurately and efficiently, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
- Execute bulk transfers of accounts between dealer representative codes.
- Process dealer representative code change requests for individual accounts and advisors.
- Validate advisor information through the CSA Website to create accurate contact pages.
- Associate dealer representative codes in Salesforce and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct quality control reviews of processed work items.

Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Possession of CSC/IFIC licenses is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
