About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Systems Engineer to join our team at MTLs Aerostructure. As an Avionics Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical generation and distribution networks for our aerospace clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Conduct feasibility studies, design operation and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks, and prepare material cost and timing estimates.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Standards and Specifications: Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Area of Specialization: System integration, electronics (industrial), control systems, and data processing and systems.
  • Work Environment: Willing to travel, both domestically and internationally, and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a team player.
