Director of Ticket Sales & Business Development

At Jacobson & Greiner Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Director of Ticket Sales & Business Development. This exciting opportunity will involve driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from ticket sales, premium seating, and group plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate partners, and staff to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the box office team to ensure seamless execution of business operations and customer service initiatives.
  • Manage customer databases and develop targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis, risk assessments, and strategic planning to identify new business opportunities and improve existing ventures.
  • Provide regular sales reports and venture updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement fan surveys, host fan events, and develop special promotions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform game-day duties as assigned and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • College-level education in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, database management, and customer relationship software is an asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial.
