Position Overview

The Sales Associate for Home Renovation at DT Home Reno is tasked with creating and nurturing sales leads while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

This role serves as the representative of the company, aiming to enhance sales performance in the designated area.

The selected candidate will work full-time during the summer season, with compensation based solely on commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings and services
  • Generate new sales leads while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Investigate and pinpoint new sales prospects to expand the company's market presence
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with industry stakeholders, contractors, and relevant vendors

  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to management regarding customer service
  • Cultivate and uphold a professional customer service image
Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Previous experience in sales is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Access to reliable transportation is necessary
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
