Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-level projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production team on high-level strategy and creative planning for senior agency accounts, including Amex, Google, and CF.
- Work closely with our sister agency, MSL, to provide strategy, account leadership, and CRM for P&G across various brands.
- Maintain relationships with lead clients through regular check-ins, campaign briefs, and brainstorms.
- Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing training, feedback, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
- Seek out learning and development opportunities for the Notch team, focusing on creative and production excellence.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing creators to improve and innovate our production capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth Strategy to plan and execute industry events and opportunities to raise Notch's profile.
- Oversee creative treatments to ensure they align with client briefs and strategy, setting us up for success.
Requirements
- Agency experience is a must, with a proven track record of dealing directly with senior-level clients.
- Deep understanding of social content and trends, with a demonstrated portfolio of work that is social by design.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media.
