Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AGGARWAL GROCERY HUB INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training new staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, taking into account their skills and experience.
  • Hire and train new staff, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are delivered on time.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Sell merchandise, ensuring that all sales are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
