Job Title: Management Consultant

About the Role:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading teams in consensus building with members from various public sector organizations. Your expertise will be crucial in developing legislation frameworks, creating strategic objectives, and translating them into business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in consensus building with members from public sector organizations.
  • Develop legislation frameworks and legislation.
  • Create strategic objectives and translate them into business plans.
  • Develop cross-organizational objectives.
  • Document agreements into memoranda of understanding or agreement.
  • Identify and link service outcomes into an integrated service delivery model.
  • Implement organizational and functional design changes.
  • Articulate governance alternatives.
  • Develop and promote service delivery models.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change.
  • Analyze investment portfolios and consult on executive decisions.
  • Prepare reports such as Treasury Board Submissions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of years' experience leading teams in consensus building.
  • Experience working with public sector organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
