- Communication: Manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Filing Systems: Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
