Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize the daily workflow to enhance productivity.

  • Communication: Manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Filing Systems: Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
