Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at EZEE DECK & RAIL LTD. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of decks and railings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations and relocate as required.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards.
  • May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
