Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Enterprise Risk Management to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our General Counsel's Office, you will be responsible for leading our risk management efforts and ensuring the organization's overall risk posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and threats to the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational risk management principles.
