We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Easylife Property Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise: Rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless property management.
  • Negotiate and Approve: Rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring terms are met.
  • Manage Support Staff: Operational, clerical, or maintenance duties to maintain property standards.
  • Prepare and Administer Contracts: Property services, such as maintenance, to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance: Ensure progress and cost are monitored for property owners.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: Operating expenses and income to provide accurate reports.
  • Prepare Expense and Income Reports: Timely and accurate financial reports for property owners.
  • Respond to Client and Tenant Inquiries: Promptly address concerns and issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: An asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
