We are seeking a dedicated Product Content Coordinator to collaborate closely with our marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting internal initiatives related to product content management.

The Product Content Coordinator will work in tandem with the Marketing Manager and the entire marketing team, as well as sales professionals, to develop and execute a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives. This position emphasizes planning, production, reporting, copywriting, and creative input. Ideal candidates should thrive in a well-structured team environment, possess the enthusiasm and ambition to deliver projects to the highest standards, and aspire to be part of an organization that values quality.

Key Responsibilities
Product-Related
  • Provide technical support as the primary contact for incoming product and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a liaison with vendors to address product-related questions from sales teams, distributors, and end-users.
  • Identify gaps in the product line and explore opportunities for new product development through competitive analysis and market research.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource on our products by continuously enhancing your expertise.
  • Propose and recommend solutions for both immediate and long-term product challenges.
  • Maintain and update our Technical/Product Logistics Databases.

Marketing-Related
  • Ensure the accuracy of information presented on our website for customer reference.
  • Collaborate with the team for product-level website updates and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in updating key distributor partner catalog spreadsheets.

Administrative Duties
  • Understand and implement departmental procedures to align with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Perform additional tasks within your capabilities to support business needs.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma or relevant experience in Marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Inquisitive nature, always seeking answers and improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technology.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
