**Job Purpose**:
To work closely with members of the marketing team and will be responsible to support internal projects related to product content management. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to acquire, store and manage product attributes while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and completeness as well as a focus on copy editing and SEO strategies utilizing the many benefits of AI resources. This position involves extensive data entry and manipulation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with colleagues and internal stakeholders on projects aimed at collecting, managing and enriching product attributes
- Aggregate product content from various data sources and transfer content using Microsoft Excel and other in-house software
- Massaging content for our websites for SEO strategies and consistency standards
- Enhance existing content by adding more text or media rich content to improve its ranking with search engines
- Creating SEO content material as instructed by key stakeholders
- Use tools provided to ensure brands/products are added in a timely manner, and meet the established deadline
- Communicate interdepartmentally to gain a full understanding of company processes, and to determine best practices, standards, and procedures for maintaining attribute data
- Collaborating with Marketing team to stay on top, and complete projects
- Execute routine audit procedures to ensure attribute data remains up-to-date
- Identify quality issues and communicate to appropriate personnel
You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Post-secondary diploma, or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Strong copy editing skills (in English)
- Interest, familiarity, and experience using AI platforms to curate product attributes
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas
- High attention to detail
- Excellent reading/writing skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and easily and rapidly shift priorities
- Enthusiasm to succeed
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with data entry and manipulation
- Knowledge/experience of SEO strategies and implementation
- Knowledge/experience of basic HTML coding
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in French
- Strong language skills in French

**Objectif du poste**:
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe marketing et serez chargé(e) de soutenir les projets internes liés à la gestion du contenu des produits. Vous collaborerez avec les parties prenantes du projet pour acquérir, stocker et gérer les attributs des produits tout en mettant l'accent sur l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité ainsi que sur la rédaction et les stratégies de référencement en utilisant les nombreux avantages des ressources de l'IA. Ce poste implique de nombreuses saisies et manipulations de données.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Travailler avec des collègues et des parties prenantes internes sur des projets visant à collecter, gérer et enrichir les attributs des produits
- Agréger le contenu des produits à partir de diverses sources de données et transférer le contenu à l'aide de Microsoft Excel et d'autres logiciels internes
- La mise en forme du contenu de nos sites web en fonction des stratégies de référencement et des normes de coherence
- Améliorer le contenu existant en ajoutant plus de texte ou un contenu riche en médias afin d'améliorer son classement dans les moteurs de recherché
- Créer du matériel de contenu SEO selon les instructions des principales parties prenantes
- Utiliser les outils fournis pour s'assurer que les marques/produits sont ajoutés en temps voulu et respectent les délais fixes
- Communiquer avec les autres services afin de bien comprendre les processus de l'entreprise et de déterminer les meilleures pratiques, les normes et les procédures pour maintenir les données d'attributs
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour rester au top et mener à bien les projets
- Exécuter des procédures d'audit de routine pour s'assurer que les données d'attributs restent à jour
- Identifier les problèmes de qualité et les communiquer au personnel concerné.
Vous pourrez être amené(e) à effectuer d'autres tâches, dans la mesure de vos capacités et de votre niveau de responsabilité, afin de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
